Each week, sports editor Phil Rostron and Carlisle United reporter Jon Colman will discuss all things Blue, including the Cumbrians' chances of success, who's in, who's out of the team and a lot more besides.
But we also want YOU to take part.

i,ve had a season ticket at brunton park for 20 0dd years. well you can tell david allen and the other 3 directors i wont be having another so long as they are in charge. the demise of the club since they took control has been nothing short of spectacular. we have gone from the statement in novermber " there is money in the bank for the manager " to " the budget for players is being cut by £200,000". if they honestly believe that they are doing a good job then they are sadly mistaken. they need to realise that they cannot continue and step aside as soon as possible and let someone come in. they are so out of touch with the fans it's unreal!

Have your say
Uniteds down fall last season was selling the best keeper outside the premiership, in Keiran Westwood. and not finding someone to replace him. Sacking a manager and replacing him with a coach, a good coach none the less, but I would have prefered a tried and tested manager. please please keep the squad together dont sell any one else this summer and buy another quality keeper so there is good competition for the number 1 shirt. The lads are good enough to go up, they can beat any one on their day,and with the right leadership the championship awaits. come on Carlisle !!
