POLICE officers have been speaking to school pupils about road safety.
Two PCSOs visited Dean School near Workington to speak to the pupils about awareness of road safety.
Officers also observed how drivers were parking near the school at the end of the day.
A spokesperson said: "PCSO 5375 and 5299 have been into Dean school today and spoke to the pupils about road safety awareness.
"At the end of the school day parking outside the school was observed and I am pleased to say that drivers were parking in a safe place, drivers made the right choice and weren't parking on the zig-zags and double yellow lines.
"One driver was advised and given suitable advice not to park on the Keep Clear part of the road."
