I lived and worked in Carlisle from birth in 1938 to 1998, when my husband and I moved to Orihuela Costa in Spain. We love living here but I visit Carlisle most years to see my sisters and son and his family. My
2 grandsons. James and Alex Magill who both aspire to be actors live in Newby West, and this week came 1st and 2nd in the Drama Festival. They have also had many successes in swimming competitions, and over the years they and the rest of my extended family have appeared for several reasons in your newspapers, so I regularly check on line. Keep up the good work!
