Special brew from Tom

ALLENDALE’S brewer Tom Hick has just launched a new beer to celebrate winning the Young Rural Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Tom won the award last month, and with the title came a cash sum of £10,000.
He planned to use the money to develop the brewery but has also launched a special celebratory beer called Entrepreneur.
Tom’s fiance Lucy Moffitt has designed a special logo to go on the pumps in the pub.
The beer is now on sale at the Crown in Catton village, the pub Tom’s father owns and runs.
