Teenage sensation Tai Woffinden guests at No1 for Workington Comets tonight – and is set to turn it on for the telly.
The GB kid, who took the World Cup by storm, was called up for the Sky TV clash with Edinburgh at Armadale.
Comets team boss Ian Thomas said: “We’ve been shouting for a while now that they should feature Premier League speedway more often but it does produce some exciting stuff.
“I think it will be a good one to televise because most of our lads go well round Edinburgh and the Monarchs are the in-form team at the moment.”
The Comets are sill without number one Daniel Nermark and number two Tomi Reima Buxton’s Ben Taylor is the other guest at number two.
Taylor filled in at Derwent Park on Saturday in the abandoned match with Glasgow and had the pleasure of beating Lee Dicken in the first heat to register his first point for the Comets.
